Intek Plastics has announced its acquisition of the customer assessts and production tooling of Hall Manufacturing Corporation, a Ringwood, New Jersey based plastic extrusion company with a reputation for high quality extrusion for the Point-of-Purchase industry, marine, sporting goods and electrical tools.
The acquisition supports Intek’s strategy to grow and diversify its business into markets outside of windows and doors, where it has a strong footprint and customer base, according to a release on the company’s website.
“This acquisition is a great fit with our current business. It will allow us to produce an expanded portfolio of products for a broader range of industries,” says Jill Hesselroth, CEO of Intek.
