TricorBraun to Acquire Cormack Packaging

Primary packaging distributor TricorBraun (St. Louis) has entered into an agreement to acquire Cormack Packaging, a packaging supplier in Australia and New Zealand, establishing the company’s footprint in the region.

The deal is expected to close later this month. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced.

All Cormack team members, including Managing Director Mathew Cormack and the company’s executive team, will remain with TricorBraun. The team will continue to work out of the company’s existing locations across Australia and New Zealand. Effective with the closing of the transaction, Cormack will operate as Cormack Packaging, a TricorBraun company.

Cormack primarily serves the food and beverage, pharmaceutical, personal care, industrial and household cleaning industries.
