TricorBraun acquires Taipak

TricorBraun, a packaging solutions company, has announced its acquisition of a Canadian-based company, Taipak, which specializes in flexible packaging.

“The acquisition of Taipak represents a true milestone for TricorBraun: it’s the very first time in our more than 100-year history that we have entered the flexible packaging industry, says Keith Strope, executive chairman of TricorBraun, in a release.

TaiPak offers a range of standard and custom flexible packaging solutions, including pouches, bags and boxes.

Strope also comments that Taipak will be renamed Taipak, A TricorBraun Company.
