Overnight Labels increases equipment, capabilities and facility

Company expands digital press department and adds silk screen printing and HP Mosaic technology

Overnight Labels (ONL), a full-service label and flexible packaging printer, announced several areas of growth.  The award-winning converter added a new press to their digital department bringing the total number of flexographic and digital presses to fifteen.   The HP 6900 allows ONL to offer clients HP Mosaic printing, which generates thousands of unique graphics from just one label design.  In addition, their new UV Rotary Silk Screen Print unit brings a new dimension to the company’s shrink sleeve and specialty finish competencies.  To accommodate this growth, Overnight Labels has increased their building footprint to 37,500 square feet.

“We believe that maintaining an emphasis on innovation and expansion, especially during challenging times, continues to give Overnight Labels a competitive advantage.” said Don Earl, president of Overnight Labels.  “These advancements allow us to increase our production capacity and strengthen our expertise in specialty labels and shrink sleeves.” he added.

Overnight Labels’ presses have been running non-stop since Covid-19 started.  Because their materials are sourced in the US, they’ve been able to help many companies experiencing supply chain issues.
