Fenwick Brands invests in Cookie Chips

Consumer Packaged Goods investor and operator, Fenwick Brands, Inc. announces the firm’s investment in HannahMax Cookie Chips. The investment allows Fenwick to partner with existing investors, founders and management to support the brand’s growth and expansion.

Cookie Chips is an authentic brand developed by pastry chef Joanne Adirim in 2012. Cookie Chips has invited consumers into its delicious, high-quality snacking experience.

“We evaluate a lot of emerging snacking brands, but Cookie Chips stands alone as a highly-addictive product that has universal snacking appeal,” says Melissa Baker, president & CEO of Fenwick. “Backing a brand with great fanfare and flavor fits well within our expertise, and we look forward to partnering with a best-in-class team as we scale the business.”
