Bubbies Ice Cream expands with Kroger partnership

Bubbies Homemade Ice Cream and Desserts, Inc. is continuing its expansion into retail with more than 850 Kroger stores carrying the brand’s Mochi ice cream.

Bubbies is available in Kroger stores located primarily in the Midwest and Eastern United States. This expansion adds to the current distribution network of independent and national grocery chains such as Whole Foods and select Safeway locations.

“Our retailer growth throughout the U.S. is very exciting,” says Bubbies CEO Rick Schaffer. “The broader distribution means our fans have greater access to our distinctive Mochi Ice Cream, at more locations throughout the country.”

Bubbies Mochi ice cream is gluten-free, kosher and produced without genetically modified ingredients.
